There are a number of services, opportunities, resources available for People with Parkinson's and those listed here are ones I have used and would recommend:

Parkinson's UK website contains resources and valuable advice.

Swindon Parkinson's Activity Group offers friendship and support locally and operates as part of Parkinson's UK. Offers a wide programme of balance and exercise classes. Parkies Pals helps fund these activities.. www.swindonparkinsons.org.uk

Parkinson's Cricklade Cafe  Meet 3rd Wednesday in the month. 10.30 - 12 at The Cricklade Club, SN6 6AY Friendly support group

Parkinsons.Me supports families effected by Parkinson's in the Oxfordshire/Berkshire area. www.parkinsons.me
